The boringness gets boringer

It's the summer holidays. Harry Potter is in the air. I should be enjoying life. But I am soooo...unfeelingish..
This happens most holidays and I always forget it does. I look forward to the holidays so much and then when they come I end up being stuck in the house for weeks on end and having no contact with anyone my age and I go utterly insane. I start talking to myself a lot...being depressed...listening to Kate Bush.
It is seriously like I have no friends. They are all doing stuff or live far far away. C'est le crap.
And in 2 days I'm going on a cruise with my parents. Please God let there be people my age on the ship. Pleeaase.
I know, there are people soooo much worse off than me in the world and I am moany moaning...

I just read this through and I sound like a complete loon.

Anyway, I really need some sunglasses. Other than the gorgeous crab-shaped ones Immi and Lizzy got me from Florida. It's a long story.
Ah what the hell, we've got aaalll night.

I am terrified of crustaceans. Spiders, rats, snakes - fine. But show me a picture of a crayfish and I will run faster than you can say Ostraconophobia (but that's only because I'm not a very fast runner)
So, yeah, there was a school trip to Florida and I didn't go because I am not a fan of planes...
Anyhoo they brought me back the rather splendid gift of sunglasses which have crab claws on them (plastic ones..)
Oh and a really cool NASA glass (Yes, the "really cool" is sincere. I am a geek, remember)

I think I might go read Half Blood Prince now. And then I might even sleep. I know, I'm living on the brink of society eh? =P

Fairwell my lowly worshippers,

A Thrilling Tale

On the profile bit on here there's a random question thingy and my question was " The children are waiting! Please tell them the story about the bald frog with the wig"
It's not even a question but I still answered it. It was riveting and beautiful...and too long! How can I squash my creativity and imagination into 400 characters? Ridiculous.
I'll have to post it here. Enjoy!

Once upon a time there was a frog. He was bald, as many frogs are and, of course, cold blooded. He lived in Australia and absolutely loved it, he would spend his days lolling around in his lake, catching flies and generally enjoying life. But then, one day, he started to question life...He thought "There must be more to life that sitting on lily pads and eating". So he decided he would travel the world and see whatever there was to be seen. He asked a passing sea bird where he had been on his travels: "Well, every year my family fly to the Arctic when it begins to get too hot here. It's very different and it's wonderful, as long as you manage to keep warm"
"Oh" said the frog, disappointed. "I'm cold blooded...I won't be able to keep warm there"
"Well" said the sea bird, popping on a mad scientist wig and glasses "Did you know that most heat is lost through your head?"
The frog shook his head, confused.
"Well it is. So if you want to stay warm, just keep your head warm"
"Great!" Said the delighted frog. "Now I can travel to the Arctic and live life to the full! Could I possibly borrow your mad scientist wig to keep my head warm?"
"Of course, I doubt I'll need it" Said the bird, smiling and popping the wig onto the frog's head.

So the frog went to the Arctic where he met a very beautiful Arctic hare whose soft, fuzzy fur could keep him warm forever. They had freakish hare-frog-babies called Weird, Strange, Odd and Geoffrey.
And they all lived happily ever after.
The end!

Me want sleeeep

So I ended up getting to sleep at about half 4 last night...
Then at about 9 my mum comes into my room and says "Tidy your room, there's a man coming!" So I did.
I don't who this man is or why he's looking in my room. I wanna go back to sleep. Graarrrr.
Yes, that's a word.
I want to know how to put music on here. But then I'd have to choose a song...
Speaking of songs, I really want an iPod but I am sadly broke so last night I entered about 20 competitions where the prizes were iPods. Heheeheee.
I love this font. It is very me, I feel. I use it all the time, on messenger and such. It's called Trebuchet. I have no idea how it's supposed to be pronounced so I've taken to saying "tree-bucket". In my head. Not aloud. That would be ludicrous.
I have an Elton John song stuck in my head. Arrrrrrrrgggggggggggg.
This is a moany moan complain blog so far.
omg Mr Man is coming upstairs. I think he might be a leeetle bit gay.
Or maybe he just has a hamsterish voice. I'll decide when I see him.

Ohhh that was cool! He knew lots of photography stuff!
Oh and yeah, he was definitely gay. He had his hands on his hips the entire time.
But yeah photography! He looked at the various photos stuck around my room and he liked them and he told me about filters and stuff. Eheeeee.
He also told me to go look in his bag downstairs cos he has an EOS 350D...and I was like "Yeah, um, I have the next one up" Heeeeheheheheheheheeeeeeee.
I
would refer him to my Flickr but my Flickr might take him here...

Anyway, that is all,

New blog

Right. I really am going to stick to this blog. I had one before and I think I posted...um...twice...
So, it's the start of the summer holidays. Wahay! I just got a new camera lens and laptop because my old one...er...had an accident. The new one is called Raoul. Before him was Brenda and before her was Ned. Obviously.
In other news my snail ate one of my fish. It was one of the strangest things that has even happened to me. Which just showed how dull my life is =P
Hmm so what are you supposed to write in these things?
Um
Hmmmm
So...yeah...I'm going on holiday next week and omg HP7 is coming out. I'm soooo excited...and sad...I can't believe it's ending. I have absolutely adored and obsessed over Harry Potter since I was 9.
I'm going to read it as slowly as possible. I want it to last at least a week. Let's say it takes me 30 seconds to read a page...and it's around 800 pages so that's 400 minutes which is...umm..about 6 hours. Ohh noo that's not long enough!
Why am I listening to Madonna. *changes song* Hmm...Coldplay...fair enough.
Oh yeah I saw The Feeling last weekend. I knew the words to 3 of the songs. And 2 of them weren't their own songs. Hahahahha. The 2 were Video Killed the Radio Star and Fat Bottomed Girls. It was good though, I could dance around while incased by a load of raving loons and make up my own lyrics (Which were mostly "blaaah blah blah" and "I looove The Mighty Booosh"). Oh and it was in the forrest and the trees were all illuminated. Felt a bit sorry for the animals though. Poor Mr Squirrel...sitting in his tree for a good long snooze and suddenly Fill My Little World is comes blasting out of the giant speakers and knocks him out of his tree.

What on earth am I talking about?? This is what happens to me at 3am. I also get really hungry...I think I might go eat/try and stay sane now.

G'night
